 摘  要

 物流园区是我们现代物流发展中出现的新生事物,更是现代物流系统工程中的重要物流结点,其合理规划和科学运作对我国现代物流的健康发展有着十分重要的作用。但是这一新生事物在发展过程中,在一些地方现在出现了定位不准、规划不明、经营不善、管理不力，甚至是盲目发展、重复建设的问题。究其原因，我发现很多的物流园区在规划建设时没有做过很好的绩效评估。针对这个情况，本文将从系统工程的角度来分析物流园区的综合绩效情况，把影响物流园区社会效益、经济效益和技术效益的各因素都考虑进去，用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对其绩效作一个综合评估，考评这个物流园区存在是否合理。

ABSTRACT

 Logistics park is our modern logistics development something new, more modern logistics system is the important logistics nodes, project planning and scientific and rational operation for the healthy development of Chinese modern logistics plays a very important role. But this new things in development and, in some places there positioning, planning and management, management, and even blind development, repetitive construction. Investigate its reason, I found a lot of logistics park in the planning and construction is not done good performance eva luation. In this situation, this paper from the Angle of system engineering analysis of comprehensive logistics park, the performance of logistics park of social benefit, economic benefits and technical efficiency of various factors are taken into consideration, the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive eva luation method to eva luate the performance eva luation for a comprehensive logistics park, the existence is reasonable.
