摘要
东威电子有限公司生产的喇叭、音箱等均根据国外客户的要求或样本来生产的,品种较多;车间生产多为手工化操作,机械化和半自动比较少,在一定程度上显示出作业的不规范,时常造成赶工期、拖延交期等。本文通过对现有生产现状的分析指出制约车间生产能力的瓶颈所在,并运用精益生产理论进行物流优化、改善瓶颈环节,从而有效改善和提高企业的生产能力和生产效率。

TONWEL Electronics Co., LTD. Produce speaker and cabinet to foreign customers’ requirements and catalogues, and the type of products are very various. But they are almost produced by handcraft, less by mechanization and semi-automatic. So in some things it’s non-standard work, often resulting in time duration, delayed delivery, etc. The article is according to the actual situation of production theory, optimize the logistics, improve the bottleneck production, effectively improve and enhance business productivity and production efficiency.
