摘要
 
 中国快递市场现在正以25%的增长速度迅速发展，物流市场已经全面对外开放，这些使得我国快递市场成为外国快递巨头眼中的一块大“蛋糕”。目前,越来越多的快递公司进入小和山高教园区这一市场。随着需求的逐步饱和,探索快递公司进一步的运营方向具有十分重要的意义。本文通过调查分析，了解小和山高教园区快递企业的发展现状，分析了目前小和山高教园区快递企业发展中存在的主要问题，提出相应的策略。

ABSTRACT
 
  The Chinese express delivery market has become a big “cake” in the eyes of foreign express giants with a highly developing speed of 30 percents and a fully opening of logistics market. Currently, more and more express delivery companies enter this market in Xiaoheshan Higher Education Zone. As the demand for the gradual saturation, Explore further the operation direction of express enterprises companies is of great significance. Through investigation and analysis, to understand the Current situation of express enterprises in Xiaoheshan Higher Education Zone，gives analysis on the problems during the process of development in Xiaoheshan Higher Education Zone, proposs corresponding strategy.
