Abstract: People are the foundation of the country, only people are rich then the country is strong, rural areas and farmers are the general concerns of the community focus. Three rural issues have always been the key to national economic constraints, increasing the income of the farmers is the core of the three rural issues. Solving the problem effectively, to do everything possible to increase farmers’ income is the current difficulties and focus. However, to truly achieve farmers’ income, we should confront China's current status of the income of the farmers, and search for the obstacles and countermeasures of farmers’ income from the internal and external.
