浅谈中国行政权力的监督制约机制

摘要：行政权力是现代国家权力结构体系的重要组成部分，要保证其高效运行，必须建立健全对行政权力的监督制约机制。目前，我国已形成了较为全面有效的监督制约机制，但仍存在着明显的缺陷。本文针对我国现行行政监督制约机制存在的主要问题，提出提高行政监察主体地位、加强法制建设、协调行政监察与其他监督机构的关系、加强全国人大对行政权力行使的监督地位及作用、加强人民群众及新闻舆论的监督制约作用等相应的措施。

 Abstract：Executive power is a modern system of state power structure of the important components to ensure its efficient operation。must establish a sound and the executive powers of supervision and restraining mechanism。Currently，the country has developed a more comprehensive and effective mechanism for supervision and control， but there are still some obvious defects。 Based on China's existing administrative supervision and restraining mechanism, the main problem，improve administrative supervisory bodies，strengthen the rule of law，administrative supervision and coordination of other oversight agencies， NPC to exercise executive powers and the status of the oversight role， strengthen the people and the news media of the role of supervision and control corresponding measures。
