By contrasting of phonetics between English and Pinghu dialect with numerous surveys, the author reveals the standard phonemes including vowels, consonants, intonation and rhythm, thus analyses and minimizes the negative transfer on English pronunciation acquisition for learners in the area of Pinghu dialect.
