“互联网+”背景下物流企业的发展研究

“互联网+”物流是物流企业顺应时代发展的新形式。“互联网+”这种新模式在我国各行各业迅猛发展，为许多企业带来了新的生机和转型方向。本文从“互联网+”物流的概念与传统物流的比较、存在的问题等方面来研究我国“互联网+”物流的发展，找出制约“互联网+”物流企业的健康发展的问题。如基础设施不够完善，导致企业发展缓慢；信息资源共享过程艰难延缓了物流企业的信息化进程；企业同质化明显，以至于难以突出企业自身的核心竞争力，以及企业物流管理水平不高和专业性人才的缺乏导致物流服务水平低下等一系列的问题，本文针对相关的问题提出有关的完善建议和措施针对，如需要通过物流企业自身加强信息建设、人才培养以及企业和高校等教育机构联合等方式来解决从而使得“互联网+”物流在新时代的发展更加顺利和高效。

Abstract

"Internet plus" logistics is a new form of logistics enterprises adapting to the development of the times. The new mode of "Internet plus" has been developing rapidly in all walks of life in China, bringing new vitality and transformation direction to many enterprises. The Internet plus logistics Internet is the main concept of logistics industry. The paper studies the development of Internet plus logistics from the concept of "Internet plus" logistics, compares with traditional logistics, and finds out the problems that restrict the healthy development of "Internet +" logistics enterprises. For example, the infrastructure is not perfect enough, which leads to the slow development of enterprises; the process of information resource sharing is difficult to delay the informatization process of logistics enterprises; the homogeneity of enterprises is obvious, which makes it difficult to highlight the core competitiveness of enterprises, and the low level of logistics management and the lack of professional talents lead to the low level of logistics service Put forward relevant suggestions and measures for solving problems, and solve the problems if logistics enterprises need to strengthen their information construction, personnel training and joint education institutions such as enterprises and universities, so that the development of "Internet plus" logistics will be more smooth and efficient in the new era.
