In this severe background, Harbin SD Company (hereinafter referred to as SD Company) only uses modern management tools to strengthen cost control, constantly reduce costs, thus increasing profits, so as to be in a leading position in the market competition and achieve sustainable development. In this paper, SD Company's cost control status as an example, through the elevator production, installation and after-sales analysis, put forward problems and provide relevant solutions.
