在科技迅猛发展的今天，对使用清洁能源的呼声日益增加，怎样充分开发利用最常见的太阳能资源是我国目前针对能源发展和调整电力结构的研究方向。在我国大力推广太阳能发电项目的大背景下，这使得光伏发电企业更加着重研究怎样能够降低光伏发电的成本，以此来达现更好盈利的目标。对此，许多企业将目光放在了光伏发电项目中如何制定并进行标准化的成本控制以及相关管理，由此实现企业增加效率，降低成本以及更好盈利的提高效率、节省成本，提高效益的最终目标。

这篇文章将对G公司光伏发电项目的成本控制进行分析，以G公司光伏发电项目为例，从中找出G公司成本控制现状和问题的所在。通过相关指标的选定，从中研究得出气候、成本、技术、管理等因素是G公司成本的主要影响因素。并根据影响因素从企业内部控制、技术及政策等方面给出了相应的对策，由此可以更好的控制光伏发电项目所消耗的资源以及成本，最终达到促进光伏发电项目收益提高的目标，有利于我国其他光伏企业更好的发展光伏发电，同时也会起到借鉴其经验教训的作用。

Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, there is an increasing call for the use of clean energy. How to make full use of the most common solar energy resources is the current research direction for energy development and adjustment of power structure in China. Under the background of vigorously promoting solar power generation projects in China, photovoltaic power generation enterprises focus more on how to reduce the cost of photovoltaic power generation, so as to achieve the goal of better profitability. In this regard, many enterprises focus on how to formulate and carry out standardized cost control and related management in photovoltaic power generation projects, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of increasing efficiency, reducing costs and better profits, improving efficiency, saving costs and improving efficiency.

This article will analyze the cost control of the photovoltaic power generation project of G company, and take the photovoltaic power generation project of G company as an example to find out the current situation and problems of the cost control of G company. Through the selection of relevant indicators, it is concluded that climate, cost, technology, management and other factors are the main influencing factors of G company's cost.
