With the rapid development of science and technology, there is an increasing call for the use of clean energy. How to make full use of the most common solar energy resources is the current research direction for energy development and adjustment of power structure in China. Under the background of vigorously promoting solar power generation projects in China, photovoltaic power generation enterprises focus more on how to reduce the cost of photovoltaic power generation, so as to achieve the goal of better profitability. In this regard, many enterprises focus on how to formulate and carry out standardized cost control and related management in photovoltaic power generation projects, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of increasing efficiency, reducing costs and better profits, improving efficiency, saving costs and improving efficiency.
This article will analyze the cost control of the photovoltaic power generation project of G company, and take the photovoltaic power generation project of G company as an example to find out the current situation and problems of the cost control of G company. Through the selection of relevant indicators, it is concluded that climate, cost, technology, management and other factors are the main influencing factors of G company's cost. According to the influencing factors, the corresponding countermeasures are given from the aspects of internal control, technology and policy of the enterprise, so as to better control the resources and costs consumed by the photovoltaic power generation project, and finally achieve the goal of promoting the income of photovoltaic power generation project, which is conducive to the better development of photovoltaic power generation of other photovoltaic enterprises in China, and will also play the role of learning from its experience and lessons.
