In recent years,beer this kind of product has become the necessity of almost every household,which has led to the highly concentrated and highly developed beer market in China.Within the local beer enterprise group in China,a series of links,such as purchasing,production,publicity,sales and so on,are also constantly developing,improving and mature,and the market scale is also increasing.For the continuous development of beer enterprises,while improving the economic benefits of enterprises,it is particularly important to strengthen internal management.Inventory,as one of the most important assets within the enterprise,can not be ignored.Using scientific and effective inventory management method can improve the profitability of enterprises,can also reduce the operating costs of enterprises.Through the in-depth analysis of the inventory management of Yanjing Beer Company,this paper finds that there are still many problems in inventory management for this enterprise,which affects the efficiency of the enterprise.Analyze the problems existing in enterprises,find out the reasons,and put forward reasonable suggestions for inventory management mode.
