ABSTRACT
With the development of modern pressure control technology, people pay more and more attentions to the precision of control pressure system. In modern industrial production, the pressure control of iron oxide rotary kiln is also directly related to the product yield and quality of the iron oxide. Single-chip microcomputers are widely used in many process control equipment and products. Because of its small size, low price and logical judgments, time counting, process control and other functions, it is a common method to control the system by the microcomputers in various fields. Firstly, the technology research background and current development of the pressure on the rotary kiln and analysis of its research and technical requirements are mentioned, then a system based on single chip of pressure rotary kiln is designed. This system is specifically designed on hardware and related software flows are given, and the control algorithm of fuzzy-PID is simulated by MATLAB.
Finally, the advantages of microcomputer control system are analyzed, and the accuracy of analysis and eva luation based on simulation results are eva luated..
