Abstract
With the development and application of IT technology, tourism e-commerce applications into the fast track of development, tourism enterprises and various tourism organization management model has undergone tremendous changes. The development of tourism in the IT environment is bound to apply the changes in information technology and management mode to enhance the competitiveness of tourism enterprises. At present, various kinds of tourism organizations and countries are conducting management model to the service mode of the profound changes in the tourism e-commerce is no longer a simple operation of enterprises, but a need to shift to the new management style. Under the further understanding of the traditional tourism and new e-commerce industry, have a deeper understanding of tourism e-commerce service system. Tourism e-commerce service system based on network technology, the tourism industry as the core of the Internet as a channel to achieve a variety of commercial activities, such as: online travel information, online public relations promotion, tourism market research, online travel transactions, online payments and After-sales service.
