Abstract
In 21st century the competition among the enterprises is the competition about the human resource .Thus ,human resource has become a fatal factor and it can’t be absent in modern enterprise .Enterprise tends to spend more energy and take more care to explore how to adquire personel ,keep personel and make good use of personel .In this aspect ,the most important and effective way is to encourage staff efficiently and raise their initiative .It can pay an important role for which the managers ties the salary management to the achievements well ,and designs a reasonable salary system .With that it can create the high benefit for the enterprise .Although more and more enterprises appreciate the salary management ,but for some medium and small enterprises ,they also have much shortcomings.
In this paper,I have chosen the Yuejia Feed Company which has a small scal,and can represente most medium and small enterprises .In this paper it mainly emphasizes how the enterprise use the salary management to encourage the staffs.
First of all,the paper elaborates the present situation of the yuejia’s present situation and the salary management, affirms the company has much preferred .Second,the paper elaborates that the company has some problem in the salary management and analys its reasons.At last,I will make some positive suggestions to let the staffs more encouraged,which will promote the staffs that enhance their efficiency and motivity. In appendix A,I will provide the regulation of the staffs Performance eva luation. .
