Abstract
This design is mainly on sintering flue gas emissions of sulfur dioxide total control of the main purpose is to design suitable to China's national conditions of the technologically advanced and economically reasonable sintering and other industrial boiler flue gas desulphurization new technology and new equipment. Designed mainly circulating fluidized bed, the main reaction mechanism of calcium oxide is used as the absorbent absorption of sulfur dioxide, the main product for calcium sulfate (a re-use and recycling of material). To achieve this design desulfurization efficiency more than 90 percent of the sulfur dioxide emission standards at the same time ensure that dust emissions also meet the state standards, which control the growing problem of sulfur dioxide pollution is of important significance, their reaction products can also be recycled, Meet environmental protection requirements. The results show that this design can achieve high efficiency desulphurization at 96%,and it can meet the emission standards 。
