摘要
阳极氧化技术已成为铝合金延长使用寿命和扩大应用范围不可缺少的关键,并且通过封闭处理能提高膜层的耐蚀性,耐磨性以及绝缘性。
本文采用硫酸阳极氧化法制备氧化膜,并进行不同方法的封孔处理,然后讨论封闭处理对6061铝合金阳极氧化性能的影响。主要通过调节温度、时间、PH值来研究封闭处理对阳极氧化性能的影响。由于氧化膜的耐蚀性是决定6061铝合金阳极氧化的最佳工艺指标,因此主要对氧化膜的耐蚀性和耐磨性进行检测。最后利用SSX—550扫描电子显微镜观察氧化膜显微组织并照相。
氧化膜的制备采用同组同学已得出的最优工艺:氧化时间35min,电压14V,硫酸浓度170 g/L,温度21℃。通过正交试验得出封闭处理影响阳极氧化膜耐蚀性的主要因素是温度,其次是时间,PH值影响最小。封孔后氧化膜的耐蚀性和耐磨性都有了显著提高,而且与基体结合良好。

Abstract
Anodized aluminum alloy technology has become the indispensable key to extend service life and expand the scope of application, and sealing treatment can improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance and insulation of the film.
In this paper, prepared oxide film by sulfuric acid anodizing, and close with different methods, and then discuss the effect of sealing treatment on anodizing performance of 6061 aluminum alloy. Study the effect of sealing treatment on anodizing performance mainly through the regulation of temperature, time and PH value. Because of the corrosion resistance of the film is the best indicators to decide anodized of 6061 aluminum alloy, mainly test the corrosion resistance and wear-resistance of the film. Finally, Observe and photograph microstructure of film through SSX-550 scanning electron microscopy.
Prepared oxide film in the optimum process designed by the same group of students: oxidation time is 35 min, voltage is 14 V, sulfate concentration is 170g/L, temperature is 21℃. Through orthogonal test it’s obtained that the main factor affecting the corrosion resistance of anodized film in the sealing treatment is temperature, secondly is time, the least impact is the PH value. After sealing the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film have significantly increased, and the film have a good combine with the matrix.
