Abstract
In recent years, the thermal spraying technology has become an important branch of materials science, its biggest advantage is that it is capable of making a kind of thin body surface layer superior to the properties of the basical material,which can make the basical material high temperature resistance, anticorrosion, parts of resistance to abrasion, resisting fatigue, anti-radiation. Especially by using plasma spraying technology, we can expand thermal spraying coating material and its application scope, plasma spraying greatly improve the quality of coating, extend the service life of the product, of a significant social benefits and economic benefits. This paper expounds the main equipment plasma spraying technology and its working principle, reviews the research hotspots and the to-be development trend, introduces the characteristics and applications of coating, points out the influences of coating-defect to the performance of materials, and puts forward the method of analyzing technological parameter and the corrective measure of optimizing process, Discoursed ZB - 80 of plasma spraying equipment performance characteristics and specific debugging process, as well as some common problems of solutions. Using the ZB - 80 of plasma spraying equipment the aluminum oxide powder and nickel end of stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti bag aluminum matrix of spraying experiments, and testing the coating on various performance, draw the conclusion that nickel coating aluminum is suitable for base coat and aluminum coating layer is suitable for work.
