In this paper, Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd. LPG delivery device products has been excessive copper corrosion phenomenon, the impact of liquefied petroleum gas through the main components of the corrosion of copper sulfide and chloride analysis, determine the existing low-temperature antichlor for reforming hydrogen-rich gas, liquefied petroleum gas and hydrocracking unit for liquefied gas dechlorination, desulfurization treatment, and the development of solid base catalysts for sweetening of LPG removal of mercaptan and its characterization and catalytic performance evaluation, in order to explore the solid base catalyst in gas sweetening sweetening process applications, and exploring the possibility of solid base catalyst deactivation mechanism and regeneration methods and regenerated catalyst at the liquefied petroleum gas sweetening performance, to achieve the removal of liquefied petroleum gas in the sulphide and chloride, so that liquefied petroleum gas to reach the copper corrosion GB requested (≤ 1-level), which has put forward control method for monitoring the quality of LPG provide a basis and guidance.
