Abstract
In view of great angle transition phenomenon appears in the coal mine shaft transportation tunnel, overcomes insufficiency which many equipment exists about joining reprint transportation, utilization plane envelope theory, through increases the corner station on the existing ordinary belt conveyer, causes the belt to bypass the corner roller to force to change direction, thus achieved causes the ordinary belt conveyer to realize the goal of the great angle to force the plane turning movement.
The concrete design content includes: Corner mechanism and stress analysis; The corner station structural design (including corner roller design, change angle frame and change organization design, transition H design calculation) , and the conveyer technology parameter examination.
Causes the ordinary belt conveyer through the increase corner station to realize the great angle plane turning movement to have the vital significance, it not only has developed the ordinary belt conveyer application domain, may realize does not have the power continuously to reprint the transportation, enhances the use factor of the equipment, moreover the simplification of transportation system, reduces the equipment failure rate, enhances the reliability and the operation efficiency, also is the harbor, the station, the mine and so on other place great angle curve continuous haulages effective ways.
