摘要

 作业成本管理包括产品分析、价值链分析、资源分析和作业分析四方面的内容。作业成本管理存在一个目标体系：第一，降低成本；第二，以成本为杠杆，利用成本与相关因素之间的关系，配合企业应尽可能增加利润；第三，通过获取成本优势帮助企业取得竞争优势。作业成本管理的基本思想包括成本的源流管理思想、与企业战略相匹配思想、成本管理方法措施的融入思想和培养职工的成本意识。

Abstract

 Strategy cost management includes to analyze from the cost angle，choice with excellent turn the business enterprise strategy with puts to the cost into practice strategy two contents of level of the control．The strategy cost management exists a target system：The first，decline low cost；the second，regard cost as the lever，make use of the cost with the relation of the related factor，match with the business enterprise to increase the profits possibly；the third，pass to obtain the cost advantage help business enterprise acquisition competitive advantage．The basic thought that strategy cost manage include the course of development management thought of the cost and match with business enterprise strategy mutually thought，cost management the method measure melts into the thought with educate the officers and workers cost consciousness．The method measure system of the strategy cost management includes strategy method measure system and cost managements of the strategy cost analysis system，cost management guarantees the measure system evaluates the system with the results．
