Abstract: migrant workers, as the margins of society, from the beginning continue to attract people's attention. Of course, the hotel as a modern society the most important services, the need for basic staff, the need for low-cost grass-roots staff, large numbers of migrant workers inevitably naturally into the industry. However, many other industries with foreign workers, like the migrant workers in the hotel for their basic survival, and basic service skills, as well as their possible long-term development has become the hotel's management can not be avoided. How to improve their quality, skills, living environment, so that they better services for the hotel is the hotel industry for the better development of their own most urgent task that must be addressed.
