摘要
Internet飞速发展的今天,互联网成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道。网络渗透教育中,它为课堂教育电子化,使得网络教学得到突飞猛进的发展。我校也开设了网络配套教学,并发挥着重要的作用。
网络课程开发与管理系统就是为非计算机专业教师开发网络课程而提供的一个操作简单的开发平台。教师不需要涉及到任何代码的编写就可完成课程申请、课程模块的选择、内容的添加以及课件的上传等功能。同时,教师还可以对课程讨论区和邮箱进行管理,增加与学生之间的交互。在很大程度上解决了非计算机专业教师开发网络课程难的问题,提高了工作效率。
本文按照软件开发的一般步骤,从可行性分析、需求分析、总体设计、详细设计以及系统实现与测试等方面对该开发平台的设计与实现做了详细地说明,同时也对开发本系统所运用到的相关技术及其原理、流程等做了一个简单的介绍。
本系统在海洋学院的网络教学实践中得到应用,并取得良好的效果。

The development and management of Network curriculum
Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet today, the Internet becomes important channel which the people fast to gain, issue and the transmit information. Electronic classroom education and the rapid development of networks teaching profit from Internet infiltrate into education. Zhejiang Ocean University is also supporting the creation of a network of teaching, and plays an important role.
The network curriculum development and the management system are developmenting platform of operated simplely for the non- computer specialized teachers who develop the network curriculum. Teachers need not involve any of the code can be prepared for the completion of courses, curriculum module choices,the upload multimedia content insertion and function. At the same time, teachers can discuss areas of the curriculum and mailbox management, and increase the communion between students and teachers. It would largely resolve the problem which Non-computer specialized teachers developing the network curriculum,and improve the efficiency of their work.
This article accord the general step of developing software, from the feasibility analysis, demand analysis, system design, detailed design to the system realization and test to make a detail explained of the developing platform's design and realization, simultaneously to made a simple introduction which including the related technology and its the principle, the flow and so on which this system utilized.
This system obtains the application in the Zhejiang Ocean University's network teaching practice, and obtains good effect.
