Abstract：Joins the World Trade Organization and whole world economic integration advancement speeding up along with China, the private enterprise more and more is also rapid in China's development, the human resources management receives the private enterprise the value, strengthens day by day in the privately operated business management status and the function, but uses the staff to drive the mechanism enhances the enterprise core competitive power to become the our country private enterprise the essential choice.
This article aims at the private enterprise in the personnel to drive the aspect has many questions this situation, the present situation which through to some domestic and foreign famous drives theory understanding, and analyzed the our country private enterprise take the Jilin Province LHHS limited company as the example which to have now had the insufficiency and presents, pointed out it had the reason, and example and staff of private enterprise characteristic which drove through some successful private enterprise staffs, formulated the corresponding drive improvement measure, enabled the private enterprise the greater degree attraction talented person, drove the staff, thus formed set of good drives mechanisms, the enhancement private enterprise's comprehensive competitive power.
