The Countermeasure Research of Enterprise Performance eva luation Management Existence Problem
Abstract: Performance management is the core of performance management, which is the foundation of human resourcce management and development. It is an important problem on how to make objective, fair, and accurate valuations on the performance of the working staff in the performance management of human resource. The perfection of check method of job performances of any enterprise manager is an important component for estabishing the modern enterprise system. However, it exist some problems such as uncertainty strategic objective perforamence eva luation objective.
This article has enumerated several commonly used performance method, for example, Balanced Scorecard(BSC), 360-degree feedback, Key Process Indication(KPI), Management by Objective(MBO) and so on.
But the performance in the actual implementation, still had the company strategic target has not to be clear about, the target determined lacked the scientific nature, the cyclical establishment is unreasonable, around worked links up not well, lacked the communication, the understanding of inspection goal is insufficiently comprehensive, the propaganda implementation does not arrive and so on, causes at present to inspect the result effectiveness limitedly, the performance is easy to become a mere formality.
The question exists which based on above, this article proposed the corresponding solution countermeasure, like inspects carries on the correct localization, determined the reasonable inspection target, reasonably establishes the inspection cycle, in the attenion achievements inspection process communication and so on, and puts out the actual case of the CRC to perform to contrast the analysis.
