With the popularity of electronic commerce and the maturity of supply chain management theory, the benefits that e-commerce and supply chain integration make to businesses were also increasingly displayed, supply chain management under the e-commerce environment was more concerned by people.
This article was based on the basic concept of e-commerce and supply chain management, and discussed the relationship between with e-commerce and supply chain management, as well as the essential characteristics of supply chain management, and the impact of e-commerce for supply chain management. Then this paper pointed out the new management trends which combined e-commerce with supply chain management, and investigate the realization of supply chain management integration in the E-commerce environment. At last, basing on the theory above and the e-commerce environment, making Lianlian Group’s new project as an example designed card sales business process and building management eva luation index system.
