Under the trend of globalization in the competition, with the continuous development of e-commerce, the major medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad more and more attention to supply chain management, But manufacturing enterprises with foreign trade enterprises in China than there are still large gaps, and poor competitiveness, so manufacturers must establish a sound-based information to e-commerce, integration of supply chain management, then able in a competitive environment for sustainable development, Therefore, the application of supply chain and e-commerce should not be underestimated.
This article first study manufacturers in China supply chain and e-commerce application status of shallow and then explain what the supply chain and e-commerce are, then say the different between the traditional supply chain and the e-commerce supply chain in new situation, the article mainly focus on the example of China Baogan iron the steel manufacturing giant's supply chain and e-commerce application status and problem analysis, I hope this can provide theoretical and practical guidance to the large and medium manufacturing enterprises .
