ABSTRACT
As car ownership increases, the number of End-of-life Vehicles will continue to expand, not only hidden safety problems, but also adverse effects on the environment. Along with the gradual increase people's awareness of environmental protection, reverse logistics have gradually drawn an attention by all industries. End-of-life Vehicles Reverse Logistics is a important measure to regain the use value of scrap cars and parts, save resources ,protect the environment and realize sustainable development. This paper describes the status of domestic and foreign End-of-life Vehicles, the concept and process of end-of-life vehicles reverse logistics; also finds a number of issues of reverse logistics, and through creative thinking to resolve these issues, including the use of the green product design ideas. Finally, because performance eva luation is parts of business plan and control an integral, which establish an automotive industry reverse logistics standard can be measured accurately determine with proper operation and management of state enterprises, improve and enhance reverse logistics management level, thereby improving the overall efficiency, so this article by analysis and selection of the automotive and Performance eva luation of reverse logistics indicators, combined with AHP-fuzzy method in order to establish a eva luation model.
