ANALYSIS OF THE ORDOS POWER ADMINISTRATION OF WEST SUPPLY BRANCH OF COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT
ABSTRACT In the modern enterprise human resource management, compensation management is a very important element. Companies to retain talent, must be provided to employees competitive salaries. Corporate compensation system design, "harmonious" driven by a genuine expression of its fairness. Therefore, the enterprises pay system should be designed to establish a relatively fair internal and external competitive pay system. In this paper, Ordos Electric Power Bureau of the actual situation as the background, through the analysis of business problems in the existing pay system, use of human resources management in the theory of compensation design, status and pay to the company analysis of the issues and propose solutions.
