Abstract: "The most expensive in 21st century is talent," This is a well-known truth. In this era of knowledge economy, the competitiveness of enterprises is the talent competition in essence, and knowledge workers grasp the most valuable intellectual capital are increasingly becoming the precious resource to enhance the competitiveness of hotels. At the increasingly frequent movement of today, how manage the staff effectively is a major problem of hotel human resources management. In the wave of building a harmonious society, the right protection demand of employees,in particular knowledge-based employees is becoming increasingly prominent. By way of a questionnaire survey,investigating the situations of the current knowledge workers at the hotel inspired and rights protection needs, analyzing their roles as well as characteristics, writer put forward the motivation in direction to provide a reference for human resources management.
