The Comparison of HR Management Mode between Chinese and Foreign
Abstract: With the fast developed economy and deep reformation of our homeland, HR management has become an important work, being the badge of core competitiveness of enterprise. Both enterprise and government are actively groping more conducive to the sustained and healthy development of the innovation of human resource management mode and method. In the continuous exploration and improvement of various countries also human resources management mode and method, carries on the exchange with the country's human resources management mode and method, can make us learn from its essence and innovation, promote the management mode and method of population resources and promote the development of mature. This paper analyzed the advantages and defects of them, promoting the development of China based on the real character of it.
