Abstract: this paper studies mainly the scientifically designed methods for mathematics exerciser. At first, it studies the process of feedback and regulation of information from the process of students resolving problems, which can control efficiently information capacity of exerciser. Secondly, it studies recognition process from psychological perspective and has the aim to design the exercises of focus. In the light of the above study, six principles of the scientific designed exerciser are provided. The scientifically designed exercises can not only ease students ‘burden but also improve students’ efficiency of study.
