我国企业绩效管理中存在的问题及对策 [摘 要] 绩效管理是现代企业人力资源管理的一种重要工具和手段。本文从我国绩效管理的环境入手,分析了我国绩效管理中束缚人们思想的问题和绩效管理中存在的问题,提出解决这些问题的对策。首先应该从认识上提高对绩效管理的重视,企业的各层管理人员以及员工都应该对人力资源管理中的绩效考核持支持的态度;其次应该把绩效管理当作一个项目来做,逐层分解,逐步反馈,完成对企业绩效管理系统的建立。 [关键词] 绩效管理 绩效考核 人力资源 战略管理 【Abstract】Performance Managemenr is one of the important tools and measure of modern Business human resource management .
